Covered Bridge Performance Solutions is a consulting firm that works with employers to help them align their workforce with their strategies and goals so as to gain their maximum potential.
My responsibilities at FCG Networks (which has since transitioned into J.P. Calvin Communications) include developing websites based on pre-packaged templates (or themes). The website for Covered Bridge Performance Solutions is one such project. For comparison purposes, a screenshot of the original theme can be found here.
As you can see, significant changes to the template were required during the completion of the project, including the removal of a Flash-generated area that included the logo and navigation, the removal of excess text from areas that wouldn't be needing text, and a change in column widths. Since maintenance of the website will be handled by the client using a website editing tool, I chose to keep the existing table-based layout, though I reduced the amount of HTML involved by a significant amount (and removed some of the nested tables).
